Class General Information

What to bring:
Water.  Please leave all personal soccer balls at home.  We will supply all of the equipment.

What to wear:
Winter Outdoor Classes – It will get cold! Sweatpants, sweatshirt, beanie etc are great for cooler weather. Athletic closed toe shoes or soccer cleats and Kinder Kickz uniform top. All new players to the program will receive their uniform top at the first class. If your child is a returning player and has outgrown their uniform top, you can purchase a new one at class for $15 anytime. Cash/exact change is preferred.
Children will not be required to wear a mask while participating in class, however we encourage each child to have a mask in their bag just in case the need arises.
Parents/Guardians will be required to wear a mask while in attendance at class.

Make Ups & Unlimited Classes:
Due to COVID and the county health order we are unable to offer unlimited classes or make ups at this time. You must be registered in a class to attend the class.

When a Class Gets Cancelled:
It is not normal for us to cancel classes.  However, due to COVID restrictions and possible weather related cancellations (air quality, rain, field closure by the city etc) we may be forced to cancel a class.  If we cancel one class during the session due to the previous reasons noted, it will not be rescheduled.  If we cancel two or more classes during the session due to the previous reasons noted, they will either be made up by extending the session or by issuing a credit voucher for a future class(es).  No refunds will be given.

Refund Policy:
A $25 cancellation fee (per child) will be charged for all cancellations if refund request is received at least 7 days before the class start date.
A $50 cancellation fee (per child) will be charged for all cancellations if refund is requested less than 7 days before the class start date or if after the class has already started. The refund will be the total weeks left in the session from the date you contact us minus the $50 cancellation fee.  If you do not want to receive a refund, a credit will be applied to your account for the remaining weeks left (minus $25 processing fee per child) in the session from the time you contact us.
The Membership Fee & Service Fee are not refundable.
No refunds if class is cancelled due to inclement weather or natural disaster.

Payment Type:
We accept cash, checks, Venmo (@kinderkickz), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Our online registration system Sports Connect charges a $3 service fee for all registrations.  Kinder Kickz Soccer doesn’t receive any portion of the service fee.

Joining Late:
No problem. We prorate the cost for the remaining weeks left in the session.  Our online registration system will prorate.
