Class General Information

What to bring:
Water.  Please leave all personal soccer balls at home.  We will supply all of the equipment.

What to wear:
Indoor classes – Tennis shoes (no soccer cleats), shorts, and Kinder Kickz Soccer uniform top. New players to Kinder Kickz Soccer will receive their uniform top on the first day.  If your child is a returning player and has outgrown their uniform top, coaches will have extras on hand for purchase at class.
Outdoor classes – Tennis shoes or soccer cleats, shorts, and Kinder Kickz uniform top. 
New players to Kinder Kickz Soccer will receive their uniform top on the first day.  If your child is a returning player and has outgrown their uniform top, coaches will have extras on hand for purchase at class.

Unlimited Classes:  
Y
ou will register your child (click on the above Register Now button) for one main class that they will attend each week.  They will officially be on that one roster.  They may also play in unlimited classes during the 9 week session they are signed up for in addition to their main core class at no extra charge.  Yes, that is correct.  The extra unlimited classes are FREE!  All you need to do is check the current schedule and see what classes are taking place.  If the class does not show that it is sold out with a strike through on the time, then your child is welcome to play in it.  You do not need to register for the extra class or call or email us for permission.  Just show up ready to play! 

Rainouts:
If we need to cancel a class due to inclement weather, we will email the whole class either night before or the day of class. It will also be posted on Class Schedules page.  There are no make up days or refunds due to class cancellation from the inclement weather. We make every effort not to cancel our outdoor classes due to the weather.  Sometimes it is out of our hands and we are instructed by the city that the field is closed due to saturation.  We do not make up any cancelled classes as our permit is only valid for the dates of the listed session.  However you can still bring your child to extra classes at no extra charge!

Friends Play Free: 
Does your child have a playdate arranged or a cousin in town?  Please bring them along to play.  Each “friend” is invited to play 1x for free.  We just need a liability waiver filled out prior to them participating. 

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations if refund request takes place before the class start date.
A $35 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations if refund is requested after the first week of the class start date. The refund will be the total weeks left in the session from the date you contact us minus the $35 cancellation fee.  Refunds are issued in the form of a check.  Our online registration system does not refund credit cards.
If you choose not to receive a refund, a credit voucher will be issued for the remaining weeks left (minus $10 processing fee) in the session from the time you contact us.  Credit vouchers do not expire and they may be transferred to a sibling or friend.
The Membership Fee is nonrefundable.

Payment Type:
We accept cash, checks, Visa and Master Card.

Communication: 
Please be sure we have your current email address on file.  Email is our main line of communication.  If per chance we need to get a hold of you, we will always start with email.

Joining Late:
No problem. We prorate the cost for the remaining weeks left in the session.  Our online registration system will prorate.
